My second birthday in KSA was spent with few close friends. I hired an Asteraha with pool ( a small place for gathering) and my colleagues contributed food for our Pot Luck. Dra. Leslie and her husband Marvin cooked Spaghetti. Dra. Elizabeth cooked Beef Sinigang and Grilled Tilapia. I made Pansit Bihon, Red Velvet Cake and Grilled spare ribs and chicken. Kuya Manny brought cooked rice.
